Website operation
Hosting and WordPress process ordinary access information such as IP addresses, browser details and requested pages to deliver and secure this website. Login protection records failed attempts. Administrators use login cookies; public pages may be cached.
Contact form
Names, email addresses and messages submitted through our form are stored privately in WordPress for site-owner review. A short-lived hashed network identifier helps limit repeated submissions. Do not send payment details, passwords or sensitive documents. Messages are retained as needed for administration and corrections.
Spam protection
Akismet checks WordPress comments and supported form submissions for spam and may process submitted content and technical information. Our custom contact form uses its own validation and is not currently integrated with Akismet.
External booking links
External accommodation and travel sites process information under their own policies. Links identified as affiliate links may use referral tracking and cookies. We do not receive payment-card information or process bookings.
Google services and backups
Site Kit is installed; Google Analytics is not connected at this launch. If analytics is enabled, this notice and any required consent setup must be reviewed. Backups currently remain on the hosting server; no remote account is connected.
